1. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited (including address changes).

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or failed payment verification.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed on our website are final and non-negotiable.

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.

• Online payments must pass fraud and security checks. Failed payments will result in order cancellation.

3. Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

• Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, strikes, holidays, or courier issues.

• In remote areas, pre-payment or self-collection may be required.

4. Return & Exchange

• Returns and exchanges follow the policy mentioned on our website.

• Items must be in original condition with tags, unused and unwashed.

• Customer will pay shipping charges for exchanges caused by customer mistakes (wrong size selection, etc.).

• We cover shipping charges if the mistake is from our side (wrong item/size or defect).

5. Product Colors & Images

• We try our best to display colors accurately.

• Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

6. Misuse or Fraud

• Any misuse of our policies, fake orders, repeated cancellations, or suspicious activity may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, product images, designs, and material belong to Fatima Shahjahan.

• Copying or using our content without permission is not allowed.
